Alleged Fraud Alert and Notice of Civil Action Against Ali Ahktar owner of Oaktree                                Development

This is an Alleged Fraud Alert to all entities or individuals who have been a victim or might become a potential victim of  Ali Akhtar and his company Oaktree Developers Corp .                                                        

  Ali Akhtar and his company Oaktree Developers Corp  were hired for construction of  our medical/Radiological practice in Flushing Queens, NY under Flushing Vascular Center LLC .  

  Ali Akhtar/Oaktree Developers Corp  in our opinion and as per our evidence has defrauded us as well as  allegedly several other entities and individuals who have since reached out to us after discovering our Civil claim against him in NY court.

All these individuals have told us similar horror stories of being  allegedly swindled out of thousands  of dollars doing business with Mr. Akhtar and his company.

As a courtesy and to warn other potential  victims, we have made this link available so that you can review and investigate further.  We hope that you take measures and protect yourself from being added to the list of victims.
